Cafepress/Zazzle/Social Media Terms of Service
The following applies to our a' la carte
services offered for Cafepress and Zazzle Storefronts and Facebook
pages. We've tried to keep this as straightforward as possible, if you
have any questions please email us at amber@esuredesign.com.
What is included for each service/package is stated in that service's
description. If you have a question about what may or may not be included
please ask.
Where applicable, you must already have a Cafepress Store, Zazzle Store
or Facebook page.
Esuredesign reserves the right to use client’s projects and testimonials
as a reference.
Esuredesign is not responsible for changes made by any third party or
by the client. Changes made by third parties or code changes made by our
clients may directly affect your page or template functionality. We recommend
keeping a back up of your original files if you will be editing any portion
of the design yourself.
Cafepress Matching Templates reference the images and style sheets of your existing website. If these elements change or are removed from your "main" site, this will effect your Cafepress shop design.
We will work with you to develop a design based on your specifications
and requests. We are happy to make tweaks, however, in order to keep development
costs low, after the first draft you will be given a maximum of three
rounds/sessions of changes free of charge. The more you communicate
with us, the better idea we have of what you want.
Logos, logo modifications, category images, custom images within sidebar, ad design etc is not part of the template and if requested will be charged at our regular hourly rate.
All payments and deposits for services rendered are non-refundable. A design will not go live until the project has been paid in full.
